Prof. Mahendra Pal, Ex-Professor of Veterinary Public Health (UNDP), Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, is an internationally renowned scientist, and a well known distinguished academician with 610 publications and 8 books. Prof. Pal also worked as Professor and Head, Department of Veterinary Public Health, Anand Agricultural University, India. He is associated as an Editor and Member of many online journals. Prof. Pal guided over 67 students at DVM, MVSc, MSc, and Ph.D. levels in India and Ethiopia. He is credited to develop Pal’s medium, APRM medium, PHOL stain, and Narayan stain for the study of fungi, which are implicated in the clinical disorders of humans and animals. Prof. Pal elucidated for the first time the role of Cryptococcus neoformans in the mastitis of goat and buffalo, Fusarium solani in corneal ulcer of buffalo, Aspergillus fumigatus in rhinitis of camel and mule, Trichophyton verrucosum in dermatitis of deer, and Candida tropicalis in human lung empyema. He has established for the first time the prevalence of Cryptococcus neoformans in the environment of New Zealand, Nepal, and Djibouti. Prof.Pal has reported the first isolation of Candida albicans from mastitic milk, and Trichophyton verrucosum in dermatitis of a camel in Ethiopia. Prof. Pal launched the Ph.D. program for the first time in Veterinary Public Health at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and also at the College of Veterinary Science, Anand, Gujarat, India. His biography is published in World’s Who and Who. Prof. Pal is the recipient of many awards including “Distinguished Teacher Award”, “Jawaharlal Nehru Award”, “International Achievement Award”, and “ Life Time Achievement Award”. He delivered guest lecturers in medical and veterinary colleges in India, New Zealand, Japan, and Ethiopia. Prof. Pal is the “First Indian Veterinarian” who worked as a “JSPS Visiting Scientist” at the University of Tokyo, Japan. He is serving as Chief Editor, Editor, Associate Editor, and Member of the editorial board of over seventy online journals. Prof. Pal is a “Life Member” of several scientific societies. He is invited by many International Associations to attend the Conference. Considering his immense contribution, Prof. Pal is known as the “Father of Veterinary Mycology” in India. Very recently, he launched “Narayan Consultancy” on Veterinary Public Health and Microbiology to give free technical advice to scientists of poor resource countries of the world. In addition, Prof. Pal is doing charitable work for needy people in various ways from his personal money since 1970.

Prof. Andrey Nikolaevych Belousov is a graduate of the Kharkov Medical Institute in 1988. He did his Doctor of Medicine degree on specialty - Anesthesiology and Intensive Care in 2004. The title dissertation: “Extracorporal hemocorrection using magnet-controlled sorbent in intensive therapy of intoxication syndromes in patients with hepatopancreatoduodenales diseases”. He is also an author of new medicinal products- nanotechnology preparations based on magnetite nanoparticles (Fe3O4) of the size 6-12 nm (www.nanolab.com.ua): the peroral form - Micromage-B (the biologically active additive officially registration in Ukraine); Magnet-controlled sorbent brand of MCS-B for extracorporal detoxication of biological liquids (officially registration in Ukraine and was allowed for medical practice); NanoBiocorrector for intravenous application – ICNB (intracorporal nano sorbent). A.N. Belousov is the author of the new method of extracorporal hemocorrection using magnet-controlled sor¬bent (MCS-B). He has got 7 patents for the invention. Prof. Petrunov is one of the leading specialists in the field of allergy and immunology in Bulgaria. He was a chief of the Department of Immunology and Allergy in the National Center of Infectious and Parasitic Diseases /NCIPD/. He was 18 years ( 1993-2010 ) a Director of this oldest research and educational institution of the Bulgarian health system. He graduated in 1960 cum laude from Medical University in Sofia and obtained his MD degree. He has specialized in Czech Republic, England, France, Holland, USA. More than 40 years Prof. Petrunov is working in the field of allergy and applied immunology. He founded in 1963 the first Laboratory of Allergy in this country manufacturing more than 200 allergen preparations for specific diagnosis and immunotherapy of the allergic diseases, largely used in the clinical practice.
His main scientific interests and activities are related with: the immunological characteristic of the allergens and their mechanism of action in human organism; the effect of air pollution / outdoor and indoor / and drug abuse on immune system and allergization; the methods and mechanism of immunostimulation and a preparation and study different polybacterial immunostimulants, the allergy reactions in oral cavity and parodont. He is lecturing allergology and immunology in Medical University, Sofia. As a guest-professor he has delivered lectures in Russia, USA, Canada, China, Australia, India, Cuba, Czech Republic, Libya.
Prof. Petrunov is a member of the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology, a foreign member of the Russian Academy of Science, Honorary Member of the International Society of Immunorehabilitation, member of the Union of Scientists of Bulgaria, Bulgarian Immunological Society and is a President of the Bulgarian Society of Allergy. He is expert of WHO in allergology. He organized in India (1974 ) and Cuba ( 1884,1988 ) the first laboratories for studying the allergenic factors and producing allergen preparations. He is 10 years a member of the Supreme Medical Counsel to the Ministry of Health of Bulgaria. In 2008 he was elected as a Academician of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. In 2007 he was appointed as representative of Bulgaria in the European Medical Research Council to the European Commission. In 2010 he was elected as a President of the Medical Section of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
Prof. Petrunov has published more than 200 scientific articles and is author and co-author of 10 books in allergology and immunology. David Tzuriel, Ph.D. is Professor Emeritus at Bar-Ilan University. He is a clinical and educational psychologist and an expert on dynamic assessment of learning potential and theory of mediated learning experience (MLE). David Tzuriel has received his B.A. (1970) and M.A. (1973) degrees in Psychology and Education at Bar-Ilan University (Israel) and his Ph.D. (1977) from Peabody College of Vanderbilt University. Currently he works as Head of the Research Unit at Feuerstein Institute in Jerusalem and Chairman of Graduate Program of Learning Disabilities Program at Talpiot College. David Tzuriel served as the President of the International Association for Cognitive Education and Psychology (1999-2001) and as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Cognitive Education and Psychology (JCEP; 2006-2011; 2016--). His scientific work is related to empirical validation, implementation, and modification of the theories of Feuerstein and Vygotsky, and his research is cited frequently in the literature.
