Dr. Mohammad Anwar Hossain is serving as a Professor in the Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding, Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), Mymensingh-2202, Bangladesh. He received his BSc in Agriculture and MS in Genetics and Plant Breeding from BAU, Bangladesh. He also received an M.S. in Agriculture from Kagawa University, Japan in 2008 and a PhD in Abiotic Stress Physiology and Molecular Biology from Ehime University, Japan in 2011 through Monbukagakusho scholarship. As a JSPS postdoctoral researcher he has worked on isolating low phosphorus stress tolerant genes from rice at the University of Tokyo, Japan during the period of 2015-2017. He has over 60 peer-reviewed publications, contributed 22 book chapters and edited 10 books, published by CRC press, Springer, Elsevier and Wiley. He is working as editorial board members of many reputed international journals.
Plant abiotic stress response and tolerance, identification of stress responsive genes and proteins, oxidative stress in plants, antioxidants metabolism in plants, conventional and advanced breeding for yield and nutritional quality.
I work in academia as an internationally recognized neuropharmacology and neuroimmunology researcher. I published more than 500 scientific reports in the field of neuropsychopharmacology and signal transduction . I am leading a laboratory interested in understanding the fundamental neurobiological mechanisms of neuropsychiatric disorders to contribute at development of new pharmacological treatments. We use genetic, neuroendocrine and neurochemical methods. We recognize the role of the immune system in modulating neuropsychiatric diseases and we are developing in vitro cellular models and in vivo animal models to study the neuro-immune interactions under normal and disease states I has successfully combined research, teaching, administration and clinical care and continue to work on advancing our understanding of serious mental illness and drug development. We used to translate research findings into medical practice for the purposes of diagnosing, preventing and treating diseases. I has published scientific reports on peptides, their receptors, signal transduction and the role of these neuropeptides in the immune systems. I hold patents for using modified peptides in the treatment of septic shock. I have skills and expertise in receptor pharmacology, immunohistochemistry, in vivo and in vitro cell culture, biochemistry, animal models, cell and molecular biology. I has lectured worldwide on these subjects and the others.
I have 19 years of research experience with development and use of in vitro models to test compounds, such as receptor binding, receptor activation, signal transduction, receptor-receptor interactions, and induction of changes in cell cycle, proliferation and apoptosis. Furthermore I validated appropriate assays and models of diseases, screen compounds, and study mechanisms of action.
Broad field of my research is Phyto-therapeutics and our group has been in practice for several years. In this particular field we are focusing on the use of medicinal plants and its clinical importance through the biochemistry approaches. In which, the beneficiary aspects of clinical biochemistry have paved ways in the development of Pharmacognosy. Further, we have put efforts to combine the examination of biochemical compounds, isolated from Phyto-therapeutic plants, towards the genetic aspects with the help of in vivo approaches. Herein, it is able to elucidate the impact of the isolated biochemical compounds on the subjects at a molecular genetics level in terms of epigenetic studies and also to perceive new insights over the analytical studies.

He is also a Consultant of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Infertility. He is the former chairman of the Anatomy and Embryology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University (Egypt); and Professor in King Saud and Majmaah Universities (KSA) 2009-2013 and Misurata, Faculty of Medicine (Libya) 2000.

Hyung Sik Kim, Ph.D., Professor of Division of Toxicology, College of Pharmacy, Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. He received M.S.in Feb. 25, 1991 from the College of Pharmacy, Sungkyunkwan University, Korea. He came to Dr. Byung Mu Lee’s Lab upon finishing graduate courses at College of Pharmacy, Sungkyunkwan University. He spent five years in this Lab during Ph.D. courses. He observed the correlation between chemical carcinogenesis and DNA-adduct formation during his Ph.D. period. He did excellent work during his graduate research by applying his analytical expertise to the studies on the cancer chemopreventive effects of plant polysaccharides on biomarkers associated with multistage carcinogenesis. In addition, He was experienced various techniques of molecular oncology. After He was awarded Ph.D. degree, He went to Korea Food & Drug Administration, and has served as a Senior Researcher thereafter. He has been involved in the adverse effect of Reproductive and Developmental toxicants. From 2003, He has been work as an Assistance Professor in the Division of Toxicology, College of Pharmacy, Pusan National University, Korea. He was a member of the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), Society of Toxicology (SOT), International Congress of Toxicology (ICT), and Korean Society of Toxicology (KSOT). He also served as a vice president of 2013 International Congress of Toxicology (ICT), held in Seoul, Korea. Prof. Kim was the vice president of the 8th Asian Toxicology, held in Jeju, South Korea in 2015.
He has contributed a great deal both to pharmacology, oncology and toxicology. His primary research areas of interest including identification of new cancer biomarker, mechanism study of new anticancer agents, cancer chemoprevention. He was involved as an author of several books including Encyclopedia of Environmental Health, Reproductive and Developmental Toxicology, Endocrine Disruptors etc. He is currently Editorial Board Member of the Journal Toxicology & Environmental Health Part A, Associate Editor of The Journal of Toxicological Sciences, and Editorial board members of Toxicological Research. He published 260 papers have been of enormous value to scientists working with various pharmacology and toxicological research.
I am Board Certified Endocrinologist and Internist by ABIM in USA and in the European Union. Have 34 scientific publications in Peer Reviewed Journals in the area of DM type 1 and Type 2 pathogenesis, treatment, Thyroid disorders etc. and have been lead investigator in 2 International Multi central scientific trials. Worked in England with lead World Renowned Immuno -endocrinologist Prof. Franco Bottazzo. In London , England in 1991 discovered the increased expression of the adhesion molecule CD 44 on snap frozen sections and cell cultures in different autoimmune thyroid diseases.

Have been 23 years Academic Faculty in different hospitals and Universities in Fort Worth Texas and Dallas Texas at a level of Associate and Full Professor. Dr.Sahar M.M. Omar now is a professor doctor at Ain Shams University and Armed Forces College of Medicine. She earned her B.Sc. in medicine, M.Sc.& Ph.D. in Histology & cell biology at Ain Shams University from 2000 to 2005. Dr. Sahar attended the BIT's 10th World Congress of Regenerative Medicine & Stem Cells -2016 in China and gave a talk titled as "Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cell Transplantation in a Rabbit Corneal Alkali Burn Model."Dr. Sahar possessed a strong publication record; she published a minireview titled“Superior Proliferative and Tissue Regeneration Potential of AdiposeTissue-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Compared to BoneMarrow. It was published in Insights of stem cell journal Vol.1 No.1:7 (2015)http://stemcells.imedpub.com/. Dr. Kulvinder Kaur is the Scientific Director of DR Kulvinder Kaur Centre for Human Reproduction, Jalandhar, Punjab, India, where she manages the complicated cases of infertility. She graduated from LHMC Delhi in 1980 topping in medicine in all 3 medical colleges thereby getting the DR Devi Chand Gold medal from the late PM Smt Indira Gandhi & also topped in all the MBBS subjects prior to that eg. anatomy, pathology, biochem etc making her basics sound &later she managed the endocrine clinic in PGI Chandigarh during her MD days .Following that she reported the 40th world case hydrometrocolpos working in Saudi Arabia &has been working in the field of neuroendocrinology of obesity.
GnRH control along with role of kisspeptins, prokineticins in human reproduction, AIDS & Cancer –during this period she managed to successfully treat the first case of nongestational choriocarcinoma of uterine body in a young girl medically thereby preserving her fertility-the first case in world literature of its kind.

Professor Andy Petroianu has received his MD in 1976, PhD in Surgery in 1985 and PhD in Physiology and Pharmacology, Professor of the Department of Surgery of the School of Medicine in the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Free Docent of the Federal University of São Paulo State, Free Docent of the University of São Paulo State and Head of the Service of General Surgery at the Santa Casa Hospital in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. He is member of the National Council of Science and Technology in Brazil, and of the National Post-graduate Council in Brazil and member of the Academy of Medicine of Minas Gerais.
He has received 112 awards and honors, such as Honor Citizen of Belo Horizonte city, Best Researcher of the National Academy of Medicine, Outstanding Researcher of the Academy of Medicine of Minas Gerais, Best Researcher and also Best Surgeon of the Brazilian College of Surgeons, etc. He is editorial and reviewer member of 69 journals of Medicine. Chien-Chang Lee, MD, ScD, is associate professor of emergency medicine at the National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH). He severed as the deputy secretary general of Taiwan Society of Emergency and Critical Care Medicine, and deputy director of intelligent healthcare in NTUH. Dr. Lee is graduated from Harvard University and earned a doctoral degree in pharmacoepidemiology. Dr. Lee runs a Health Data Science lab, which consisted of 50 native or international students and research fellows around the world. Dr. Lee’s lab has rich experiences in evaluating the clinical value of new diagnostic tests. He pioneered in this field by introducing several new biomarkers and point-of-care multiplex PCR systems in Taiwan’s EM practice. He is also engaged in the development of artificial intelligence algorithm for decision support in the complicated environment of emergency medicine.
One of the most impactful findings of the lab is the discovery of the fatal cardiovascular complications, aortic dissection or aortic aneurysm rupture, associated with use of fluoquinolone antibiotics. Dr. Lee has extensive publications on infectious disease and epidemiology in several prestigious journals. His work also caused Food and Drug Administration of US to change the global fluoquinolone prescription guideline. Based on Dr. Lee’s work, the FDA recommends against the use of fluoquinolone in elderly patients with hypertension or peripheral vascular disease, or congenital collagen defect such as Marfan or Ehlers-Danos syndrome, unless there are no alternative antibiotics choices. The new guideline is expected to prevent thousands of incident aortic dissection or aortic aneurysm ruptures in the US alone. To date, professor Lee has published more than 180 scientific papers with more than 6000 citations (H-index 44).
