Introduction: Prostate cancer is the most common cancer and the second leading cause of death in men. The increasing mortality rate is linked to metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to show that the use of homeopathy and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) reasoning can reduce the metastasis and cure patients with prostate cancer.

Methods: One case report of 46 years-old men with history of prostate cancer diagnosis. He was submitted to robotic surgery to take out the prostate. After surgery, the PSA did not reduce but duplicated from 20 ng/dl to 40 ng/dl. He was also using chemotherapy (a hormonal blockage of testosterone). His wife was my patient and asked him to made a consultation with me. I measured the energy of the five internal massive organs of the five elements theory measuring the energy of the chakra’s energy centers.

Results: They all were in the lowest level of energy, rated one out of eight. The treatment consisted in Chinese dietary counseling, auricular and systemic acupuncture and replenishment of the five internal massive organs (Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs and Kidney) using highly diluted medications created by Samuel Hahnemann (Phosphorus, Sulphur, Calcarea carbônica, Silicea and Natrum muriaticum) using a theory of Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements Based on traditional Chinese Medicine to increase the internal energy of these organs and allow the immune system to work again. The results of this treatment were that the PSA went from 40 to 0.2 ng/dl after one month of treatment. The conclusion to this study is to demonstrate that we can cure patients with prostate cancer and metastasis using homeopathy and TCM tools only increasing the internal energy of the five internal massive organs using homeopathy and TCM reasoning. According to Hippocrates, the father of medicine, “natural forces within us are the true healers of the disease.”
