Introduction: Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is characterized by alterations in social communication and lack of interests and repetitive behavior. According to traditional Chinese medicine, Autism is related to insufficiency of the Heart, Liver, Kidney and Spleen.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to show that autism patients have energy deficiency in the five internal massive organs (Liver, Heart, Spleen and Kidney) and the treatment rebalancing and replenishing these organs is the major importance for the improvement of Autism patients.

Methods: One case report of a 16-years-old male patient, that discovered autism when he was 4 years-old. At the beginning of the process, he was very shy, he cannot communicate with people, and also, without energy to do anything. His parents took him to neurologist that did the diagnosis of autism and since them, he was treated with them without any improvement of his clinical condition. In 2019, his mother took him to do acupuncture and it was done radiesthesia procedure to evaluate his chakras’ energy centers and revealed that all his chakras’ were in the lowest level of energy, rated in one out of eight. The treatment consisted in the use of Chinese dietary counseling, avoiding some kinds of foods, and doing auricular acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting and systemic acupuncture. It was used in his treatment, homeopathy medications according to Constitutional Homeopathy of the Five Elements based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Crystal-based medications, to replenish the chakras’ energy centers.

Results: The patients improved his condition using these therapy, talking more with colleges, did courses of piano and music after beginning of his treatment and also, it was more intelligent and began to do courses of mathematic and other courses that he was not aware that he could do. After beginning the COVID-19 pandemic, the patient stopped to continue his acupuncture treatment and all the symptoms presented by the patients returned again due to the fear of COVID-19 and for that reason, his patients did not return in 2020 to do the acupuncture with apex ear bloodletting and his symptoms returned after stopping to do the acupuncture sessions and stopped to replenish the chakras’ energy centers with homeopathy medications according to the theory entitled Constitutional Homeopathy of the five Elements Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and crystal based medications.

Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that patients with autism have chakras’ energy centers in the lowest level of energy, that could explain what could be happening in all these autism patients in the energy level. The use of these treatment was excellent in the entire mind and body of this patients, leading to less propensity to have any chronic diseases such as diabetes, myocardial infarction, stroke and cancer in any site of our body.
