    Biography

    Dr. Güder graduated from the Ondokuz Mayis University (PhD 2012 Biochemistry). His interests are antioxidant, antimicrobial and antidiabetic activities of natural and synthetic compounds.
    These interests expanded at the Giresun University (GRU) where he led the Medical Laboratory within the Vocational High School of Health Services from 2012 to today.
    He has about 40 articles and more than 50 congress presentations. Also, he is Member of Editorial board of 6 scientific journal. In addition, he reviewed more than 50 articles for 20 journals.

    His research team has been at the Medical Services and Techniques Department at the Giresun University and Kastamonu University and other countries ie. Egypt, Algeria.

    Biography

    Since 2003 I work as a Medical Doctor (MD). Since 2010 I work as a Public Health Specialist and Medical Epidemiologist at the National Institute of Public Health. I am also an assistant at the Medical Faculty at the Department for Public Health at the University of Ljubljana (UL). Due to my so far existing assignments and my work as MD, completed the Doctoral Studies (PhD) in Biomedical Sciences at the Medical Faculty of Ljubljana, postgraduate courses of Public Health and Antimicrobial Prescribing and Hospital Hygiene at the Medical Faculty in Ljubljana, the European Program for Intervention Epidemiology Training (EPIET) at the ECDC, all that has provided me with a sound basis for collaborating with different national and international collaborations/networks and providing consultancies in infectious diseases epidemiology and public health on the local as well as on the international level.

  • Prof. Adlina Suleiman, MD, MPH, MBA, FAMM, FAPM, Professor, Community Medicine Department, School of Medicine, International Medical University, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

    Biography

    Prof Dr Adlina , a gazetted Public Health Physician is a lecturer at International Medical University, Malaysia was the former  Deputy Dean of Academic and Research at the National Defence University of Malaysia.  She was a pioneer staff in the setting up of three Faculties of Medicine (MARA University of Technology, MAHSA University and National Defence University Malaysia), was invited by  Malaysian Medical Council/Malaysian Quality Assurance for  accreditation visits to medical schools in Malaysia 2012-2018 and is an exam board committee member of the theory exam for unscheduled universities.

    She has been a breastfeeding advocate since 1991 and holds the post of Deputy President of the Malaysian Breastfeeding Mothers Support Association.  She is a certified trainer of the WHO/UNICEF 40hrs Breastfeeding Counselling Course and an assessor of hospitals that request for the BFHI certification.  In 2016 she helped IBFAN Asia publish a carbon footprint due to milk formula report. 

    She is an active volunteer in ‘Gabungan NGO Bantuan Bencana (BBNGO)’ and has experience in medical relief post-disaster in Acheh, Balakot, Manik Urai, Seberang Perai and Kuantan.

    Research Interest

    She has over 27 years experience as a lecturer in community medicine, epidemiology, biostatistics, health management, ethics, adolescent health, health promotion and professional/personal development.

    She  has published articles in local/ international journals on breastfeeding, depression among school children, stress among a diversified group of people, obesity among students and  electromagnetic field radiation (EMFR) effect on health and lately on prevention of COVID-19.

    Prof. Dr. Akmal Nabil Ahmad El-Mazny, MD, FICS; Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt. He was graduated from Cairo University, Egypt. He pursued his masters and MD in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His sub-specialties include assisted reproduction and gynecologic endoscopy. He was also a peer reviewer and associate editor for many renowned journals like F&S, EJOGRB, UOG, ARCH, JGO, MEFS etc. He contributed over 65 international publications to the world of scientific community.
